본 연구는 대학생의 교수친교형 학습활동이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고, 이러한 영향이 학습자 특성에 따라 차이가 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 2022학년 1학기 G지역 소재 대학의 학습 프로그램에 참여한 214명을 대상으로 하였다. 대학생의 교수친교형 학습활동이 대학생의 대학생활적응에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 SPSS 20.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 대응표본 t검증, 일원배치 분산분석(one-way Anova)를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 교수친교형 학습활동이 대학생활적응 중 학업적 적응, 정서적 적응, 사회적 적응의 점수가 유의미하게 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 단과대학에 따른 대학생활 적응의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 성별에 따른 차이를 분석한 결과, 여학생 집단의 대학에 대한 애착 수준이 남학생에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학년에 따른 차이를 분석한 결과, 3학년 집단의 대학에 대한 애착 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 결론과 제언을 제시하였다.
