본 연구는 노인건강증진을 위한 복합운동프로그램의 효과 검증에 있다. 이를 위해 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 운동군 10명과 통제군 10명을 선정하였다. 본 연구의 처치프로그램은 12주간 복합운동프로그램으로 유산소운동과 무산소운동을 주 3회 60일간 실시하였다. 운동 참여 전에 혈중지질과 염증지표 검사를 실시하였으며 복합운동프로그램을 종료하면서 혈중지질과 염증지표 검사를 재 실시하였다. 검사결과는 SPSS통계프로그램을 이용하여 기초통계와 집단간의 처치효과를 검증하였다. 이를 기본으로 이와 같은 결과 및 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 노인건강증진을 위한 복합운동프로그램은 운동군과 통제군의 혈중지질에서 TC, LDL, TG에서 유의미한 차이를 나타내었으며, 처치프로그램에 대한 상호작용효과가 있었다. 둘째, 노인건강증진을 위한 복합운동프로그램은 운동군과 통제군의 염증지표에서 IL-6, TNF-a에서 유의미한 차이를 나타내었으며, 처치프로그램 대한 상호작용효과가 있었다.

Second, the combined exercise program for improving the health of the elderly showed significant differences in inflammatory indicators IL-6 and TNF-a between the exercise group and the control group, and there was an interaction effect with the treatment program.
