간호대학생의 자아존중감, 공감, 우울과 전공만족도 간의 경로분석

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 자아존중감, 공감과 우울의 주요 변인이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 가설모형을 구축하여 경로분석을 통해 직·간접영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 2023년 3월 2일 부터 3월 30일까지 C도에 소재한 2개의 대학 200명을 대상자로, 자료분석SPSS 26과 AMOS 23으로 하였다. 최종 모델에서 자아존중감(𝛽=.29, p=.001), 공감(𝛽=.49, p=.001), 우울(𝛽=-.21, p=.032)이 전공만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며 자아존중감(𝛽=.12, p=.031)은 우울을 매개하여 전공만족도에 간접효과를 나타났다. 전공만족도에 대한 공감, 자아존중감, 우울의 설명력은 36%로 확인되었다. 자아존중감과 공감을 높이는 것은 직접적으로 전공만족도를 높일 뿐만 아니라 간접적으로 우울을 낮춰 자아존중감을 높이면 전공만족도를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 높이는 간호교육프로그램 개발 시 자아존중감, 공감을 높이고 우울은 낮출 수 있는 인지행동전략을 개발해야 할 것이다.
