As a result of that, conclusion follows next. 1. Muscular strength was the experimental group more improved than comparative group and when it comes to measurement time, results were improved after the exercise meaningfully as compared with those before the excercise(p<.05). 2. Pliability(sit-and-reach) were not meaningful differences between groups and between measurement times(p>.05). 3. Agility(shuttle run) was the experimental group more improved meaningfully than comparative group.(p<.05) But, there were not meaningful difference between measurement times(p>.05). 4. % fat was the experimental group more decreased meaningfully than comparative group(p<.05) but there were not meaningful difference between measurement times(p>.05). 5.
