본 연구는 부산시내 어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교사 101명을 대상으로 보육교사의 건강지각, 건강증진 생활양식, 직무스트레스의 정도와 변인들 간의 관계, 건강지각에 따른 건강증진 생활양식과 직무스트레스의 차이를 알아보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상 보육교사들은 현재의 건강상태에 낮은 만족을 보이고 있으며, 건강향상에 도움이 되는 행위를 적극적으로 실행하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무스트레스 하위요인 중 행정관련 업무에 상당한 스트레스를 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 건강지각과 건강증진 생활양식 및 하위요인들은 직무스트레스 하위요인 중 행정관련 업무와 부적 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 건강지각이 높은 교사들이 행정관련 업무스트레스를 낮게 지각하는 것으로, 건강증진 생활양식 하위요인 중 긍정적 자아, 영암, 대인관계 지지, 스트레스관리를 잘 하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze health perception, health promoting lifestyle and job stress of child care teachers. The subjects were 101 child care teachers in Busan. They responded to "health perception scale", "health promoting lifestyle scale", and "job stress scale". For the analysis of the data, M(SD), frequencies, Pearson"s correlation, t-test were run by using SPSS WIN computer program. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, day care teachers desired for a healthy lives, but in reality, they are unsatisfied with their present health state and unable to practice certain actions actively to improve their health. Second, health perception was positively correlated with health promoting lifestyle and negatively correlated with job stress. Especially in "administration services" job stress was significantly related to health perception, so an administrative support system is required for teachers to reduce job stress. Third, day care teachers who have high scores of health perception feel low levels of administrative job stress, have high levels of positive self recognition and are very good at nutrition management, interpersonal support, stress management. The result of this study can be used as the basic data for reducing teacher"s job stress, development of a program to promote teacher"s health and improving day care teachers working environment.
