본 연구는 대학 정규 교과목에서 운영되는 진로탐색 프로그램이 진로태도성숙, 진로결정수준, 진로자기효능감 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 대상은 J시 소재의 4년제 대학에서 2010년 2학기에 직업심리학을 수강하는 대학생 142명이다. 실험집단은 1분반에 속한 74명으로 진로탐색 프로그램이 실시되었고, 통제집단은 2분반에 속한 68명으로 이론 강의가 진행되었다. 진로탐색프로그램은 OT와 중간, 기말시험을 제외한 12주 36시간 동안 실시되었으며, 사전과 사후에 진로태도성숙, 진로결정수준, 진로자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 척도가 실시되었다. 자료처리는 동질성검증을 한 후, 집단간 차이를 알아보기 위해 일변량 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 진로태도성숙, 진로탐색효능감, 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동 점수에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 본 연구의 의의, 한계점, 제안 등이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the career searching program on the career attitude maturity, career decision making, career self-efficacy, and career-searching behavior. Participants were 142 students who were taking a vocational psychology class on fall semester, 2010 at the university in J city. 74 students out of 142 were in intervention group which was performed with the career searching program. The other students were classified to control group which was programmed with classical lecture. The career searching program was continued for 12 weeks for 36 hours except for class orientation and mid/final exam. Pre and post-test were performed on the career attitude maturity, career decision making, career self-efficacy, and career-searching behavior. Data was analyzed using one-way ANOVA for evaluating the difference between intervention group and control group. For the study result, the mean of the career attitudes, career decision making, career self-efficacy, and career-searching behavior was significantly higher for intervention group than for the control group. The meanings, limitations, and suggestions for the study werediscussed.
