The purpose of this study is to research the previous studies about golf training effects and to find out whether they are effective in real terms in golf training. The methods are published in the Journal of Korea Information Journal (KISS) and the Korea Education &Research Information Service (KERIS or RISS) by searching for "Systematic Review" A total of 223 research papers were searched for the title. Section 223 to target "Title Screen" filtered through the shift was 125 Compilation. Side of the screen revealed that filtered 30 papers were selected among 98 abstracts of papers . In the field of golf training area, 18 of 30 (60%) are selected. Five studies are about golf distance (17%), four for golf-related fitness (13%), and three for golf-related strength (10%). Among a total of 30 papers, final nine papers were selected based on the qualitative ratings. Professional golfers, middleㆍhigh school and college athletes and regular college students and college players with lower back pain are included in the studies. For the subjects of the studies, more males than females were included and early 20s outnumbered among 14 to 27 years old subjects. Exercise types include complex forms of exercise(5 studies), side strength + flexibility exercises (4 studies), and flexibility exercise + balanced exercises (1 study). For single-movement forms, strength training have two studies and balance exercise also have two. The duration of the exercise program is 6-15 weeks, three times a week exercise frequency, and exercise duration 90 minutes were most frequent. In conclusion, golf training improved flexibility and muscle strength regardless of individual ability of each subject. Golf training also improved balance, endurance, and agility. It was effective in golf injury prevention and reduction of pain. It also increased head speed and ball distance, improving game performance. Thus, the effect of golf training was shown in all the previous research papers and more studies should be conducted.
