A medical procedure and a system are provided so that two visions are obtainable through natural orifices by means of two observational apparatuses, or one the two visions is selectable. The medical procedure through a natural orifice comprises: forming an orifice in a hollow organ by using a device inserted into the hollow organ from a natural orifice of a patient; introducing a first observation device from said orifice formed in said hollow organ into an abdominal cavity; introducing a second observation device from said orifice formed in said hollow organ into the abdominal cavity; arranging said second observation device in a position different from that of said first observation device; simultaneously or selectively displaying an image obtained from said first observation device and an image obtained from said second observation device; and performing a desired procedure in the abdominal cavity while confirming the images.

A medical procedure through a natural orifice, comprising: forming an opening in a hollow organ by using a device inserted into the hollow organ from a natural orifice of a patient; introducing a first observation device from said opening formed in said hollow organ into an abdominal cavity; introducing a second observation device from said opening formed in said hollow organ into the abdominal cavity; arranging said second observation device in a position different from that of said first observation device; simultaneously or selectively displaying an image obtained from said first observation device and an image obtained from said second observation device; and performing a desired manipulation in the abdominal cavity while confirming the images. 2. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 1, wherein displaying an image includes sending an image signal of an image in an abdominal cavity obtained by the second observation device, to the outside of the body by a wireless communication. 3. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 1, wherein arranging said second observation device in a position different from that of said first observation device includes arranging a view field direction of said second observation device that has been set on an inner surface of an abdominal wall of a patient laid on his back, toward an organ in the abdominal cavity. 4. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 3, wherein arranging said second observation device in a position different from that of said first observation device includes arranging a device generating a magnetic force on the outside an abdominal wall so as to fix said second observation device to the inside of the abdominal wall, by a magnetic force. 5. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 1, comprising sending a gas into the abdominal cavity of a patient to expand the cavity. 6. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 1, wherein: forming an opening in the hollow organ includes forming said opening by observing an image obtained by said first observation device provided on said device having an insertion portion to be inserted into the body; and introducing said first observation device into an abdominal cavity includes introducing a device comprising said first observation device through said opening into the abdominal cavity. 7. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 1, wherein introducing said second observation device into the abdominal cavity includes using said device to introduce an observation device that can be placed in the body and constituted to be capable of sending an image signal of an obtained image to the outside of the body by means of a wireless communication, into the abdominal cavity. 8. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 6, wherein forming an opening in a hollow organ by using said device includes inserting a treatment tool into a work channel of said device having said work channel provided on an insertion portion to be inserted into the body, and forming said opening by this treatment tool. 9. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 6, wherein introducing said second observation device into the abdominal cavity includes introducing a second device comprising said second observation device provided on an insertion portion to be inserted into the body, through said opening into the abdominal cavity. 10. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 9, wherein arranging said second observation device in a position different from that of said first observation device includes curving a distal area of said second device, so as to move said second observation device to a desired position away from said first observation device. 11. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 10, wherein arranging said second observation device in a position different from that of said first observation device includes curving a distal area of said second device in order to change a viewpoint of said second observation device, so as to move said second observation device to a desired position, when an intended manipulation is performed in an abdominal cavity. 12. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 6, wherein introducing said second observation device into the abdominal cavity includes introducing a distal end of a guide tube which comprises said second observation device at the distal end thereof and is capable of inserting said device to the inside, into the abdominal cavity. 13. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 12, wherein arranging said second observation device in a position different from that of said first observation device includes observing an image obtained from said second observation device provided on said guide tube, so as to adjust a relative position of the distal area of said guide tube with respect to said device. 14. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 13, wherein arranging said second observation device in a position different from that of said first observation device includes operating said guide tube from the outside of the body in order to change a viewpoint of said second observation device, so as to change a position of said second observation device, when an intended manipulation is performed in an abdominal cavity. 15. The medical procedure through a natural orifice according to claim 12, wherein arranging said second observation device in a position different from that of said first observation device includes operating said guide tube from the outside of the body to raise a rising member provided with said second observation device, so as to move said second observation device in a direction away from the side face of said guide tube. 16. A medical system comprising: a device for forming an opening in a hollow organ, the device being inserted into an hollow organ from a natural orifice of a patient; a first observational device introduced into an abdominal cavity from the opening formed in the hollow organ; a second observational device disposed in the vicinity of the first observational device, the second observational device being introduced into the abdominal cavity from the opening formed in the hollow organ; and a control device for selectively displaying a first image obtained by the first observational device and a second image obtained by the second observational device. 17. The endoscopic system according to claim 16, further comprising: a holding member for holding the second observational device on the abdominal wall of the abdominal cavity; and a handover member for handing over the second observational device between a distal end of the first observational device and the second observational device. 18. The medical system according to claim 17, wherein the second observational device has a first portion and a second portion different from the first portion, an observational mechanism is disposed to the first portion, and the second portion forms an attachment section subject to make contact with the holding member. 19. The medical system according to claim 18, wherein the handover member has a holding part for holding the second observational device. 20. The medical system according to claim 16, wherein the second observational device includes a transmission section for conducting wireless transmission of an image signal generated based on the obtained second image indicative of the inside of the abdominal cavity to the outside of the patient. 21. The medical system according to claim 17, wherein the handover member has a mechanism for changing the orientation of the second observational device. 22. The medical system according to claim 17, wherein the holding member holds the second observational device by means of a magnetic force, a suction force, or a friction force. 23. The medical system according to claim 17, wherein the holding member has a first swing mechanism for swinging the second observational device relative to the abdominal wall of the patient. 24. The medical system according to claim 17, wherein the holding member has a second swing mechanism for adjusting an relative angle defined by the first swing mechanism and the second observational device. 25. A medical operation comprising: introducing a first observational device into an abdominal cavity; introducing a second observational device into the abdominal cavity; inserting a holding member into the abdominal cavity; displaying an image obtained by the first observational device; and maintaining the second observational device in the displayed image obtained by first observational device. 26. The medical operation according to claim 25, further comprising: forming an opening in the hollow organ by means of a device inserted into the hollow organ through a natural orifice of a patient; introducing the first observational device into the abdominal cavity from the opening formed in the hollow organ; and inserting the holding member into the abdominal cavity percutaneously. 27. The medical operation according to claim 26, further comprising introducing the second observational device into the abdominal cavity from the opening formed in the hollow organ. 28. The medical operation according to claim 26, further comprising introducing the second observational device into the abdominal cavity percutaneously. 29. The medical operation according to claim 25, further comprising: introducing the first observational device into the abdominal cavity percutaneously; inserting the holding member into the abdominal cavity percutaneously; and inserting the holding member into the abdominal cavity percutaneously. 30. The medical operation according to claim 29, further comprising introducing the second observational device into the abdominal cavity percutaneously. 31. A medical system comprising: a first observational device introduced into an abdominal cavity; a second observational device introduced into the abdominal cavity; a holding member for holding the second observational device, the holding member being introduced into the abdominal cavity; and a control device for selectively displaying one of a first image and a second image, the first image being obtained by the first observational device, and the second image being obtained by the second observational device. 32. The medical operation according to claim 31, further comprising: a device for forming an opening in a hollow organ by means of a device inserted into the hollow organ through a natural orifice of a patient, wherein the first observational device is inserted into the abdominal cavity from the opening formed in the hollow organ; and the holding member is inserted into the abdominal cavity percutaneously. 33. The medical system according to claim 32, further comprising introducing the second observational device into the abdominal cavity from the opening formed in the hollow organ. 34. The medical system according to claim 32, further comprising introducing the second observational device into the abdominal cavity percutaneously. 35. The medical system according to claim 31, wherein the first observational device is introduced into the abdominal cavity percutaneously, and the holding member is inserted into the abdominal cavity percutaneously. 36. The medical operation according to claim 35, further comprising introducing the second observational device into the abdominal cavity percutaneously.
