The present invention provides isolated polypeptides isolatable from a Yersinia spp. Also provided by the present invention are compositions that include one or more of the polypeptides, and methods for making and methods for using the polypeptides.

The composition of claim 8 wherein the polypeptides comprise: a first polypeptide having a molecular weight of 83 kDa as determined by electrophoresis on a sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel;a second polypeptide having a molecular weight of 70 kDa as determined by electrophoresis on a sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel; anda third polypeptide having a molecular weight of 66 kDa as determined by electrophoresis on a sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel. 11.
