(1) To grasp the effect of needle punching on the viscosity and parameters of molding process by measuring the viscosity of composites. (2) To grasp the effect of the geometrical change and fiber content on the state of fiber orientation in products followed by compression molding the isotropic fiber reinforced plastic composites on a high temperature. (3) To grasp the change of parameters of molding process in the case of compression molding the unidirectional fiber reinforced plastic composites resulted by the flow analysis which is considered the anisotropic of fiber reinforced plastic composites the friction state of mold-composites and the stack of fiber ply. (1) It was made the composites adjusted the designated fiber content followed by punching it in state of changing the number of needle punching. (2) It was observed the effects of the geometrical in products on the orientation state of fiber, and the fiber contents. (3) On the assumption that the composites is a Newtonian fluid, it was made a 3-dimensional flow analysis which is concerning about the anisotropic of fiber ply, the friction state of mold-composites interface and the stack type of fiber ply. This research performed to confirm systematic study about Long Fiber Reinforced Polymeric Composites composed of only randomly oriented fiber mat and compression molding of bumper beam fiber reinforced polymeric composites. (1) When the number of needle punching is increased, the criterion of flow resistant, the viscosity is decreased because the impregnation between fibers is good, but the confinment became low in this state. (2) As the result, we can show that the farther from the rib parts of products the layer is, the more irregular the fiber orientation state of the compression molding products is. And we can also show that the lower the rate of fiber content is and the bigger the size of products is, the more irregular the distribution of fiber content is. (3) We use two types as target model for analysis according to stacking type. When unidirectional mat is more stacked than random mat, bulging phenomenon for x direction shown clearly, but the opposite phenonenon appears for y direction. Pressure is concentrated between two fiber mats. (4) The bigger A, the ratio of anisotropic viscosity of composites is, and the smaller $\alpha$, the slip parameters is, the bigger the bulging phenomenon of products can be. There is no relationship between $\alpha$, the slip parameters and the stacking type of fiber ply made of composites. In other words, when $\alpha$, the slip parameter of the mold-composites interface is zero, the slip phenomenon is happened, but it is not related with the stacking type. And when α is increased, the slip phenomenon is increased too.
