○ 연구결과
1. 닭 도체의 외형적 특성을 고려하여 특징점을 추출, 그 점들을 연결하여 닭 도체의 외형을 컴퓨터가 인식할 수 있도록 도형화 하였다.
2. 컴퓨터 시각과 레이저 구조광을 이용한 닭 도체의 높이변화에 따른 레이저 구조광의 형상변이로부터 화소 이동량을 측정하고 이를 이용하여 높이를 추출할 수 있는 상관관계식을 정립하였다.
3. 닭 도체의 품질 정보에 따른 RFID을 이용한 닭 도체의 개체관리 시스템을 구축하여 도계 가공시 품질과 안정성을 결정하는 주요 인자를 설정하여 실시간으로 정량화 계측하여 개개 도체의

5. 데이터 및 통신 프로토콜 제어, 시스템 제어를 위한 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

Need development of system that must secure technology that can acquire quality element of target agricultural and stock breeding products as quantitative to construct automation of quality system and can select automatically according to specifications.
The necessity of development of technology that computerize quality examination and sorting process recently had depended on human strength by technological difficulty is risen for productivity raising of agriculture and stockbreeding related industry seriously. Improve productivity through automation in field that handle biomass such as agricultural and stock breeding products, and motion to secure qualitative high position of goods through normalization of goods is propeled vigorously through various research and technical development worldwide.
It is essential that measure quality of agricultural and stock breeding products automatically and keep commercial value of chicken carcass to construct system that select dividing grade. Measure technology need non-contact measure technology to be required and prevents that normal chicken carcass catches as secondary from sick chicken carcass nondestructiveness for preservation of commercial value. Purpose of this research wished to develop system that can measure external appearance quality information of chicken carcass and shape information that is transfered for system manufacture that can utilize immediately in sorting job site of chicken carcass automatically.
1. Taking advantage of computer sight technology color uniform and equal halogen lifesaving in chicken carcass project and detect and analyze reflected color. Examine closely corelation with quality of chicken carcass by chromaticity with construed result and develop algorithm that measure quality information.
2. Excepting Edge between background and chicken carcass detecting Edge that color, the feel of material etc.. changes in external form information, divide peculiarity of in case is this material sticking or trauma (bone fracture, change of color etc..) in chicken carcass about part and develop algorithm that can select.
3. 1. This research task does to chicken carcass. study and develop on-line chicken carcass quality grade automatic decision sorting system development and safety estimation connection basis technology and individual administration element technology that can do grade shipping by quality normalization by non-contact destructive method through this research.
2. Develop do module la type unit system and illumination device of chicken carcass object information save technology etc.. that use Syakeul drive controller, reflex acquisition device, RFID.
3. This research measures quality grade of chicken carcass by real time in chicken carcass processing line that base economic performance and optimum work ability and selects and achieves description and development research of system that manage individual.
4. On-line chicken carcass quality grade automatic decision sorting system that wish to develop in this research is doing by purpose that administer test establishing in spot and function of development system is as following.
1) quality grade decision and the sorting speed : two chickens for second.
2) external appearance quality grade accuracy : More than 3 grades 95% .
3) weight grade 9~14 grade distinction .
4) search factor for quality grade quantification : External form of chicken carcass. damage, a pollution level of chicken carcass outer skin by internal organs, of chicken carcass external appearance fine hairs and about sticking of feather, change of color and tumor, bulk of chicken carcass etc.. .
5) laser structure light, NIR camera, real time image processing function that use laser scanner multiplex color camera .
