연구결과
본 연구에서는 전기화학적 활성을 가지는 나노입자를 제조, 그 전기화학적 특성을 이해하고, 그 특성을 이용해 고감도, 고선택성의 전기화학 바이오센서 및 압타머센서를 개발하였다. 연구의 추진은 첫째로, 다양한 전기화학적 특성을 갖는 LPC 및 SNP을 합성하고 크기, 다공성, 표면전하 등의 특성을 조절하여 나노입자에 기능을 부여하였으며, 둘째로 나노입자를 mediator로 이용한 차세대 바이오센서를 제작하고 고감도의 비표지 방식의 압타머센서를 개발하여 성능을 최적화하였다.
1) 전기화학적 활성을 갖는 금속 LPC의
연구결과
본 연구에서는 전기화학적 활성을 가지는 나노입자를 제조, 그 전기화학적 특성을 이해하고, 그 특성을 이용해 고감도, 고선택성의 전기화학 바이오센서 및 압타머센서를 개발하였다. 연구의 추진은 첫째로, 다양한 전기화학적 특성을 갖는 LPC 및 SNP을 합성하고 크기, 다공성, 표면전하 등의 특성을 조절하여 나노입자에 기능을 부여하였으며, 둘째로 나노입자를 mediator로 이용한 차세대 바이오센서를 제작하고 고감도의 비표지 방식의 압타머센서를 개발하여 성능을 최적화하였다.

3) 금 LPC를 이용한 수정전극 제작 연구: 3-1) N-Hydroxysuccinimidyl ester로 기능화 된dimethallylmethylsilane을 고정한 전극의 제작, 3-2) 선택성이 향상된 금 LPC-수정전극의 제조, 3-3)음전하성 금 LPC에 기반한 이온성 유체의 제조 및 glucose 검출 센서의 제작, 3-4) 다양한 기능성 물질이 도입 된 금속 산화물 전극의 개발
