- 낮은 낙상공포 예측요인은 하지 근지구력(OR=1.290, p=.0298)이며, 높은 신체활동 예측요인은 신장(OR=1.171, p=.011), 전신지구력(1.041, p=.0408), 걸을 수 있는 거리에 운동시설 부존(OR=0.148, p=.008)임.

Ⅳ. Results
Survey 58.9% for falls rate for past 5 years and 11.8% for past 1 year / Winter, morning and slipping for the primary conditions for high falls rate / Lower extremity(50%) for the most frequently injured body part / Lower physical activity volume of the weekend than that of the week /
Ⅳ. Results
Survey 58.9% for falls rate for past 5 years and 11.8% for past 1 year / Winter, morning and slipping for the primary conditions for high falls rate / Lower extremity(50%) for the most frequently injured body part / Lower physical activity volume of the weekend than that of the week / 41.9% for not wearing of sports wear and safety equipments for the exercise and 24.3% for not stretching before and after the exercise / 37.6% for TV and radio and 35.5 for the acquaintances as a main source of physical activity information / 93.2% for the older women who had not participated in the education for falls prevention.
Difference according to the experience of falls The older women who had experienced falls(FG) was older(t=-2.194, p=.030) and showed higher point in one subfactor of fear of falling(FT, p=.049) and lower tendency in the muscular endurance of upper extremity (F=3.532, p=.063) than the ones who had not experienced falls(NFG).
Difference according to the physical activity level The older women who didn't meet the recommend physical activity level(RPA)(LPA) showed older(t=3.99, p=.0001) and showed higher rate of circulatory disease (F=4.1315, p=.0421) and eye and ear disease(F=10.0956, p=.0015), lower physical fitness in muscular endurance of lower(F=3.992, p=.049) and upper(F=5.629, p=.020) extremity, cardiorespiratory endurance (F=6.877, p=.010) and agility and dynamic balance(F=5.288, p=.024) and higher fear of falling points(F=5.229, p=.025) than the ones who met RPA(HPA). The point of fear of falling which distinguish between LPA and HPA was 12.5
Factors predicting low fear of falling was lower extremity muscular endurance(OR=1.290, p=.0298) Factors predicting high physical activity level was height(OR=1.171, p=.011), cardiorespiratory endurance(1.041, p=.0408), no physical activity facilities withing walking distance(OR=0.148, p=.008). Strategy for the promotion of physical activity in older women was developed based on the results.
