Extraction and clean-up method were developed using the liquid liquid extraction for the applied pesticides in water. Linearity and recovery in water sample were >0.9981, 75.4-106.4% and 0.9954, 72.2-102.1% in 9 pesticides for rice cultivation and 12 pesticides for vegetable cultivation, respectively.
In packed paddy soil lysimeter, water tension, humidity, temperature, weight in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were similar. However, the leaching volume in sandy loam lysimeter was the highest, the volume were 1964.7, 1868.4, and 1265.6 L, respectively. Br, which is quickly ionized and moved with the movement of water, was used to compare to the mobility of pesticides. Br in sandy loam, loam, silty clay loam lysimeter was quickly moved and not detected in leachate from 7, 9, and 9 days after treatment, respectively.
From the results of accumulated pesticide content in the leachate of sandy loam and loam paddy soil lysimeter, carbosulfan, chlorpyrifos-methyl, fenobucarb, oxadiazone, and flutolanil showed that the mobilities of them were similar with the prospective results by GUS. However, the mobilities of iprobenfos, tiadinil, and isoprotiolane were slightly faster than that of GUS prospection, butachlor was slightly later than that of it. In the leachate of silty clay loam paddy soil lysimeter, carbosulfan, butachlor, oxadiazone, and flutolanil showed that the mobilities of them were similar with the prospective results by GUS. However, the mobilities of iprobenfos, fenobucarb, tiadinil, and isoprotiolane were slightly faster than that of GUS prospection, and butachlor was significantly later than that of it.
In packed upland soil lysimeter, water tension, humidity, temperature, weight in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were similar. However, the leaching volume in loam lysimeter was the highest, the volume were 343.1, 372.3, and 256.3 L, respectively. Br, which is quickly ionized and moved with the movement of water, was used to compare to pesticide mobility. The movement of Br in sandy loam, loam, silty clay loam upland soil lysimeters were relatively late than paddy soil lysimeters and not detected in leachate from 28, 28, and 35 days after treatment, respectively.
From the results of accumulated pesticide content in the leachate of sandy loam and loam upland soil lysimeter, chlorpyrifos, alachlor, and carbaryl showed that the mobilities of them were similar with the prospective results by GUS. However, the mobilities of dimethoate and pendimethalin were slightly faster than that of GUS prospection, and butachlor, diazinon, ethoprophos, metolachlor, tebuconazole, imidacloprid and napropamide was slightly later than that of it. In the leachate of silty clay loam upland soil lysimeter, chlorpyrifos, pendimethalin, butachlor, carbaryl, ethoprophos, and imidacloprid showed that the mobilities of them were similar with the prospective results by GUS. However, the mobilities of dimethoate, alachlor, and metolachlor were slightly faster than that of GUS prospection, diazinon and napropamide was significantly later than that of it.
