• miR-137, miR-103-3p, miR-200a, miR-210 and miR-4284 control proliferation and differentiation of hADSCs by targeting Cdc42, CDK6/Dicer1, ZEB3, IGFBP3 and HDAC1, respectively.
• MicroRNA-302 induces proliferation and inhibits oxidant-induced cell death in hADSCs through interaction
Ⅲ. Results
• miR-137, miR-103-3p, miR-200a, miR-210 and miR-4284 control proliferation and differentiation of hADSCs by targeting Cdc42, CDK6/Dicer1, ZEB3, IGFBP3 and HDAC1, respectively.
• MicroRNA-302 induces proliferation and inhibits oxidant-induced cell death in hADSCs through interaction with CDKN1A and CCL5.
• BMP2 increases adipogenic differentiation in the presence of dexamethasone, which is inhibited by the treatment of TNF-α in hADSCs
• Transforming growth factor-activated kinase-1 plays an important role on TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor-α) actions in hADSCs, which is mediated by the activation of p38 kinase.
• CTSK, PBX1, DLX1 and FOXC1, of which show differentiatial expression between hBMSCs and hADSCs regulates osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation.

• Analyzed the DNA promoter methylation status of TGF-β/BMP(TGF-β1, BMP-2, BMP-7), IGF/FGF(IGF-1, FGF-2), PTHrP/IHH(PTHrP) in chondrogenesis markers between stem cells and chondrocyte.
• Screened the genomewide methylation status of stem cell and chondrocyte using tiling chip promoter array and we set-up database of specific methylation marker with support data for the whole genome analysis.
• We acquired the specific protein binding DNA with histone 3 protein using ChIP-on-ChIP experiments related with chromatin modulation.
• We analyzed the effect of HDAC inhibitor in stem cells and chondrocyte using HDAC inhibitor (SAHA, Trichostatin A), trichostatin A showed significant HDAC inhibition activity.
