본 보고서는 호남고속철도 테스트베드 구간의 지상 및 차상모니터링시스템을 운영할 수 있는 GIS기반 통합모니터링 시스템을 구축하였으며, 지상모니터링 개소에는 연약지반 측량DB를 활용하여 연약지반 설계정확도를 향상시켰다. 또한 해당구간에서 고속철도 소음저감을 위한 방음벽상단장치와 흡음블럭을 설치하여 성능평가를 실시하여 성능을 검증확인하였다.
