축산 분야 연구개발 및 애로해결 기술의 현장실증과 실용화 촉진을 위한 과제를 수행하여 한우 11.2~16.8개월령 양질조사료 사일리지 다량 급여로 두당 평균 섭취량은 20kg 이었으며 일당 증체량은 0.887kg 이었다. 농산부산물(감자) 첨가제 급여를 통한 육질 및 육량개선(등지방두께는 감소, 등심단면적은 증가)으로 도체특성 향상, 한우 단기비육 프로그램 적용으로 두당 절감된 사료비는 평균 115,385원/5개월으로 나타났다. 한우 중조 처리 성비조절 정액의 인공수정 시 임신율은 60.6 %(140/231)이였다. 젖소 사료 내

Purpose&Contents
This experiment was carried out to reduce feeding cost and fattening period by feeding a lot of IRG silage or corn silage compared to general feeding in former fattening stage of Hanwoo steers.
Results
The body weight gain of feeding a lot of silage in former fattening stage was 0.887kg / 170.7days, meanwhile the control piot body weight gain was 0.986kg. The experimental plot body weight gain less 0.099kg than the control.
The concentrates ration of the experimental plot was less 33.3% than the control, but feeding cost was 5.7% high.
This experiment result would be evaluated with dressed weights and carcass etc after more than one year, because a dressed weight and meat quality could be measured after slaughter.

This result is not final one, because AI performing was so late in this year and it will be try to diagnose the pregnancy in next year.

5세부과제: 젖소 사료 내 메티오닌-비타민 E 복합제제 첨가 산유량 개선
Purpose&Contents
This study was conducted to improve productivity by feeding dietary methionine and vitamin E combination to reduce stress before cow calving in summer.
Results
As a result of feeding dietary methionine – vitamin E combination preparation, the mean milk yield of the participating farms was improved by 4.34%. Also, the milk fat percentage was improved by 6.3%, the milk protein ratio by 0.6%, and the solid fat ratio by 1.8%.
And the delivery interval decreased by 2.1%. The daily dietary intake of dairy cattle was 37 kg / d for Eumseong farm, 39 kg / d for Gochang farm and 36 kg / d for Yecheon farm. There was no significant change in feed intake before and after the addition of the methionine-vitamin E combination preparation in the feed, and there was an opinion from participating farmers that the feed intake did not decrease even in high temperature summer.

In this study, water - soluble carbohydrates were injected into pig slurry and microorganisms in pigs were diluted to reduce odor in poultry farms.
Results
In the slurry python, a microbial salt diluted solution was added and water-soluble glucose was added to the bottom slurry. Ammonia content in pigs decreased by 48.9% from 13.3 ppm (untreated) to 6.8 ppm (treated), while amine decreased by 39.9% from 32.6 ppm to 19.6 ppm. The temperature of the pile slurry decreased by 31.7% from 28.1 ℃ (untreated) to 19.2 ℃ (treated), and the pH was not significantly different from 6.89 to 6.81.
The amount of ammonia gas in untreated slurry pellets of microorganisms and water – soluble glucose was 45.0ppm when pigs were fed, but the free pans after shipping increased by 29.6% to 58.3ppm and amine gas increased by 61.4% from 104.3ppm to 168.3ppm.
Ammonia gas was 5.2ppm in the pigs fed and 5.7ppm in the empty pigs after the dilution of the drinking water of the microorganism and the feeding of the pesticide slurry of the water soluble glucose. Amine gas was found to be 19.7ppm during the breeding and 29.3ppm for the empty pigs after shipment.
The total daily intake of microorganism-diluted drinking water was 5,174 liters for 120 to 180-day-old pigs reared on an area of 1,000 square meters. The average daily intake of drinking water was 5.75 liters.
Expected Contribution
Reduces manure odor by feeding water-soluble carbohydrates to the bottom slurry of pigs and microbiological dilution in drinking water, and improves the productivity of pork fattening.
7세부과제: 난축맛돈 뒷다리 뼈 없는 발효생햄 및 소시지 제조기술
Purpose& Contents
Bone-free hind legs fermented ham (8 months required), which has a shorter production period than the existing bone-backed fermented ham (more than 15 months) with bone in pork, reduces the processing time of meat products. When manufacturing fermented sausages, use the shiitake mushroom powder instead of synthetic antioxidants and antimicrobials to increase the safety of meat products.
Results
The error of measurement value of normal farm was high at 2.4 ℃ in the temperature setting value of fermenter during bone - free ham production, but the error of measured value of the experimental farm was low at 0.3 ℃. The error of the measured value of the general farm was 9.1% compared to the set value of the humidity in the fermenter. However, the error of the measured value of the experimental farm was 0.12%. The redness of the 95 - day fermented ham was the highest at the pork belly at 12.68. Fatty acidity was the lowest 0.52 in hind legs and the highest value was 1.09. The overall sensory scores were 5.2 for the hind leg, 3.2 for the sirloin and 2.6 for the pork belly. The fermented sausages and bone - free fermented sausages with high value added by using non - preferred parts of pork were the first to find optimum fermentation conditions and fermentation period for local environmental conditions and fermentation facilities.

This study was conducted to improve the productivity of forage crops of Italian Ryegrass(IRG) by spring seeding of winter feed crop seeds in areas where wintering is not possible or in which timely sowing is not possible.
Results
The spring sowing time of IRG for winter feed crops was in the unmanned helicopter. The early spring sowing occurred in the period of 2.3~2.13, and the normal spring sowing occurred in the 2.14~2.24 period. According to regional IRG spring sowing, forage yield was the highest at 16~18 ton/ha in Damyang area. 50~57% (April 30) of Anseong and Jeongup areas died due to freezing damage. Early spring sowing was 10~18 ton/ha and general spring sowing was 7~16 ton/ha in the production of forage according to the spring sowing time of IRG.
Expected Contribution
The spring sowing of Italian Ryegrass in response to changes in climate change and growing conditions will ensure the safety of cultivation and improve the productivity of forage crops.
