▪ Also, it is necess ary to utilize local resources held by existing old industrial complex to enhance the industrial competitiveness of the region, and to diversify principle agent for actual demand development of the industrial complex and foreign workers who make up the main workforce of the industrial complex.
▪ Plus, the development of safety design and environmental performance improvement techniques for old industrial complex is needed at a time when thchnology on logistics, transportation operation and safety issues of old industrial complex is insufficient and existing management technologies are aging and solutions are needed.
▪ Thus, 2 in detail research is Development and Empirical Support of Types of Construction Models for the Revitalization of old Industrial complex and consists of four detailed tasks: Development of decline and activation diagnosis support technique for battered industrial complex, Development of space technique for battered industrial complex activation, Development of improving tehnique the environmental performance and safety design for battered industrial complex, Demonstration of the Development Technology Test Bed and the Commercialization of Deteriorated industrial complex.

▪ Decline status survey and classification of old industrial complex
- Produce of Five decreasing influence factors and analysis of factors by using decline diagnosis indicators built for 94 old industrial complexes as of 2014
- Establish four types of regeneration businesses that incorporate economic factors factors into the physical factors of the industrial complex, including the factors affecting the decline, and suggest the direction of readjustment according to the implementation of each type of regeneration business.
▪ Level diagnosis evaluation indicators and evaluation system of old industral complex
- Produce of the need for evaluation system based on the diagnosis of old industrial complex and the use of evaluation results through prior research review and monitoring of government pilot projects
- Establishing a list of assessent items and evaluation indicators through the establishment and analysis of DB related to measurement and acquisition of industrial complex evaluation.

- Analysis of the re-investment current system for development benefit of regeneration projects in old industrial complex and produce improve plan of the Development Gains Reinvestment System reflecting the differences in the construction of new industrial complex and the rehabilitation of deteriorated industrial complex projects.

- Develop housing cities fund, supporting regeneration for industrial complex fund and guidelines for fund application, through the survey of demand for regenerative project types and fund products to the 23 regenerative project districts (Securing a budget of 50.4 billion in 2019 and launching fund products).

- Development of traffic safety system in the old industrial complex. The system that can detect traffic volume, velocity, illegal parking, unexpected situations, traffic accidents and etc. has been developed for to improve the road and traffic environment in the old industrial complex and the efficiency of road management. And Traffic safety system in the old industrial complex has been advanced through the verification and improvement of the performance of HW and SW of the old industrial safety system developed by this research, through a pilot construction and operation of the old industrial parks located in Seongnam city and Siheung city.

- Through enhancing the environmental performance(Public transportation services, cultural/medical/sales/education communities, sustainable environment, ecological environment), It was to be developed as the Guidelines that can improve working environment and safety of the industrial complex.
