Business envionments of enterprises expected in the 21th century is that present proceeding high-technology, information, intematioaliza-tion, and economic block will be accelerated in rapid speed, and by means of these situations, it is needless to say that social environment that surrounds enterprises and conscious structure of employees will be changed. Considering these situation, domestic enterprises preparing the 21th century should endeavor to educate the managers in important position of their enterprises for coping creatively and actively with the changes of the age and environments. Most of all, Problems in educating managers of Korean Society are as follow. The first problem is that education system is provisional one rather than one on standpoint of long tenn plan. The second problem is that Korean enterprises imitate education system of foreign enterprises. The third problem is that aim of education is abstract and theoritical, so it lacks reality. The fourth problem is that enterprises in Korea execute education not with voluntary participation employees but vith compulsury participation by company rules. The fifth problem is that they educate their employees to learn situation and realities of their group rather than to learn situation of each company. The sixth problem is that education courses main consist of in-door learnings and they are shorts of research on development of education courses. So, in this paper, I look into organization development,solution and process of decision making,commucation, base of management, leadership development precess, appreciation center, etc. Which are very suitable for overcoming these problems of manager education and are education courses nov in the progress. But, this paper excludes aim management, conflict management and motive bestowal most common in enterprise education. In conclusion, Korean enterprises should perform the education on the long-tenn stanpoint rather than on the short-term standpoint. And manager should recognize that the future survival of enterprise entirely depend on education of managers and abler men due to rapid change of business environment which surround enterprises. Besides, manager himself should regard education as an important opportunity for realizing their own age rather than as compulsory courses.
