Internet shoppingmall is the important part of EC(electronic commerce). All sorts of product information and store connection information which is provided by the existing information search method is a simple search using a keyword. When the customer makes decision making for product purchasing, this method is mot enough to satisfy productivity of information or effectiveness of service. Therefore, this study aims to improve a quality of information service through the conversion of information search method. For this purpose, this study grasps EC as a narrow concept and restricts an object of research to shoppingmall, a part of internet contents business. The theoretical background includes a concept of EC and successful factor, a factor of product improvement in shoppingmall information service, and all theory about database model. And for evaluation of search method which is one of decision making factors of information service quality in internet shoppingmall, we made 32 sites the subject of investigation and measured three evaluation factors; search, reliability factor and responsiveness factor. As the measuring result of search method, the existing search method need to improve the limitation of information service, and to provide various information speedy and accurately for the customer's requirement. Also, to supply the customer's efficient purchase decision making, it is necessary that a new objected store ability is added to the Relational Database Management System, and that a multi-media service combining a complicated objected and each kind of media is provided to the customers. Therefore, the following items will be first fulfilled in order to solve the problem appeared in search method of internet shoppingmall. First, Database Management System must be strengthened to make an offer atypical multi-media. Second, the design of site map must supply the mixed hierarchy structure. This site must provide the various informations such as delivery fare, comparison of delivery fare, date of delivery, an overseas delivery information, and operate a distribution center after taking in the situation of stock commission and stock keeping of delivery commission supplier. Accordingly, in order to enhance diversity, convenience and effectiveness of search information, if the supplier can supply the media objected which unified video, audio, image, spatial data using a letter information and geographic information, the customer will be very satisfied to obtain a necessary information.
