This study investigated that the peer-support program for the outsiders of the bullying who can concern about the bullying and help the victims was completed and evaluate an effect on the program. First, middle school students evaluated the bullying and the victim frequency test of the bullying, self-report and others-report test about the role of the bullying, and the social support test and then some girl students who was selected through the self-report test about the role of the bullying were participated in the program. This study was completed in 2 schools, and each school has an experimental class and a controled class. Experimental groups who completed the program from selecting as the outsiders in the experimental classes were 21 members and controled groups from selecting as the outsiders in the controled classes were 27 members. The peer-support program was composed of 8 sessions and the first part of the program was focused on the awareness about the bullying and various perspectives about the bullying. The meddle part of the program was focused on increasing the empathy about the victim and the last part of the program was focused on helping behavior to the victim or a improvement method of the bullying which can be carried out in the class. The study effect was that experimental groups who participated in the program increased the impression appraisal, attractiveness, and helping behavior for the victim more than those of controled groups, and decreased the attractiveness for the bully. Moreover, the experimental classes decreased the role of the outsiders and the victim frequency, and increased the role of the defender. However, in the experimental groups, there are not significant differences about the empathy, the conformity, and the helping behavior. In the experimental classes, the bullying frequency didn't decrease and the classmate, close friend support didn't increase. In sum of the results, we discussed about the suggestion of the result, the meaning, the restriction of this study and the following study.
