Accordingly, to treat nitrogen, phosphorus in sewage treatment plant that is using Activated sludge process, a various advanced treatment technology is required. Also, sludge that is produced in sewage treatment plant and industry are processed most by track reclamation and ocean disposal method. In this study, the effect of utilizing Effective Microorganisms was analyzed for sewage advanced treatment and efficient processing of sludge. Nitrogen, phosphorus, COD_(Cr) and odor concentration change was appeared after inputting Effective Microorganisms to science building in K university sewage treatment facilities in Pusan. As a result, concentration change of nitrogen, phosphorus , COD_(Cr) was expose that Effective Microorganisms acts role that is positive in sewage disposal although was unstable by that is blocked phenomenon and flowing backward etc. that happen at each step of dirty water and processing that is not supplied stably. Also, Effective Microorganisms was construed that do effect that is positive in reduction of odor substance in a batch reactor experiment that execute minimising effect of such environment change. When using sludge that is produced in water purified processing process by ameliorator of soil, experimented what influence Effective Microorganisms exerts on growth of radish. As a result, crop that grow in soil that use Effective Microorganisms could see that did high growth in root and leaf of radish. Also, according to result that analyze effect that when use Effective Microorganisms by soil conditioner, heavy metals get on crop, Effective Microorganisms was construed that effect that is positive in part as soil conditioner appears. This research will show reference data for Effective Microorganisms application as sewage advanced treatment and soil conditioner hereafter.
