The purpose of this study is provide informations of nutrient care for adolescent ssireum wrestlers who may have high risk of obesity. Adolescent ssireum wrestlers(n=22) was measured physique, skinfolds thickness, body compositions and nutrient intakes on normal training term and pre-match season. The data was analyzed according to perform weight control or not. In the prevalence of obesity, subjects was classified in overweight by BMI, but they belong to normal by %Fat. Therefore, there is limitations of BMI as an index of adiposity for adolescent ssireum wrestlers. The mean daily nutrient intakes except calcium were higher than the RDA's, and there was not significant difference between group by time. It is considerd that cause of the subjects of this study didn't perform weight loss severly and used another method rather than food restriction.
