Therefore, when training employers, the appropriate contents and methodology should be considered so carefully that the full satisfaction for employers' needs can be resulted. (2) The job satisfaction resulted from educational training turned out to have a bit of difference depending on location. That is, the lecture satisfaction was shown to have difference in business quarters, and the satisfaction of educational methodology was in a residential street, but little difference was in the outskirts of the town. This shows that customer satisfaction makes the expectation of educational training strong in the urban area. Therefore, as for the urban center with more various customers, the more programed educational training should be conducted. (3) Influence of the degree of satisfaction of sizable educational program has the meaningful value in the size of 40~60 pyung.
