This study was examined the differences in nutrient chemical compositions followed by various food-waste to feed. In addition, animal productivity, digestibility and blood composition were observed in pig and rat by feeding anaerobically fermented food waste. The results are as followed ; 1. Dry processing method reduced OM(11.5%) and EE(6.5%) but increased NDF(5.6%), ADF (7.4%) and crude ash(11.9%)(P<0.05). 2. Semi-dry aerobic fermentative method did not significantly change in OM, CP, EE, crude ash, NDF, ADF, ME and DE. 3. Wet processing method reduced EE by 3.8%(P<0.05). 4. There were no significant differences in physical characteristics during the period of storage (10 or 30 days) in mixed fermented food waste. 5. DM of 10 days storage treatment was reduced following increase of. LAB content(P<0.05), however, CP was remained as it was, despite of LAB adding(P<0.05). Although ADF was increased in 10 days storage treatment(P<0.05), NDF was not changed(P<0.05). 6. Number of Bacillus sp. were increased at 10 day storage with adding LAB(P<0.05). Number of yeast were reduced at 10 days storage with adding 0.1% LAB, however, overall number of yeast were not changed during the whole fermentation period(30 days)(P<0.05). 7. The recycled mixed fermentated pig feed using food waste by-products showing the no significant diffenences in feed intake, growth rate, feed efficiency and carcass feed. In addition the recycled mixed fermented pigs feed showed a 42% decreased in cost for 1 kg weight gain. 8. The various processing methods, such as dried, aerobically and anaerobically fermented, were not alter the feed intake, water consumption, growth rate, nutrient digestibility and blood parameters in rat.
