This study purposes were at examined the kindergarten teachers recognition about the psychological changes in the ordinary infants, disabled infants and kindergarten teachers that appear after inclusive education experienced, presenting the actual effect of inclusive education for the handicapped infants, and finding out a new way of conducting inclusive education in future. This study was conducted targeting 5 kindergarten teachers who have experienced inclusive education by themselves or are currently conducting integrated education, working at public kindergartens in Kyunggi province. The research method was to have in-depth interviews about the effect of successful inclusive education of the disabled infants. As a result, the kindergarten teachers turned out to recognize the importance and necessity of inclusive education of the disabled infants but raised questions about the effectiveness. The effects recognized by the kindergarten teachers who are currently experiencing inclusive education of the disabled infants are as follows. The effects of inclusive education which were applied to the ordinary infants, First, that they can be group leaders since they can have opportunities of being mentor or guide of the disabled infants. Second, they can accept the disabled infants as friends more easily than before so that it brings about the social familiarity effects and changes the interpersonal attitude toward the disabled infants friendly. Third, they can recognize the disabled infants as those who have much similarity with them and consequently learn the responsibility of community to embrace the disabled and make them participate in community activity. The effects of inclusive education which were applied to the disabled infants. First, the increase of social interdependency of the disabled infants leads to the development of social behavior and skill of them. Second, they can have more self-esteem due to the direct and frequent relationship with the ordinary infants. Third, they can accomplish individual achievements in the ordinary class environment. Fourth, they can enhance the recognition ability such as sociality and language development due to the improved social communication skill by participating in social activities. The effect of integrated education which is applied to the teachers is, first, they can teach more students that the recognition and tolerance toward each other among the ordinary and handicapped infants should be different since the teachers could learn about various physical troubles through the integrated education. Second, the teachers can think over what is needed for the handicapped infants through the integrated education and consequently, it leads to the careful observation and improved teaching skill. Third, they can provide information about the customized education so that it can enhance the cooperation between the teachers regardless of their fields. Moreover, they can have sense of duty and pride as teachers. From this, I could conclude that there are lots of positive effects that the integrated education of the handicapped infants can bring about. However, the active kindergarten teachers who are currently experiencing the integrated education of the handicapped infants pointed out the problems that should be solved for better integrated education. For administrative part, the adjustment of the number of members in the integrated education class and the assistant support are urgently needed. And even though the integrated education for the handicapped infants are free educations up ported by law, there are still some problems that should be solved, such as the settlement of neglected areas without any support, the establishment of framework of the education course for the handicapped infants for the integrated education, the lack of understanding of the infant education course by teachers for the handicapped infants, and the lack of understanding of the education for the handicapped by teachers for the ordinary infants. If these problems are settled and prerequisites for successful integrated education are achieved, the effect of integrated education for the handicapped infants will be multiplied. The integrated education is the ideology and the ultimate goal of the education for the handicapped. The handicapped infants need rich learning experience to grow up as well-qualified members of our society. Therefore, the integrated education is indispensable. If we do not recognize the physical trouble as problem but as a kind of personality, and if we teach the handicapped infants to develop such personality, the handicapped and ordinary infants will be able to enjoy their daily life in the kindergarten together.
