20~30대 여성의 흡연 유무가 신체구성과 체력, 폐기능, 심혈관계 위험인자에 미치는 영향 The Differences from Blood Lipid, Body Composition, Fitness and Function of Pulmonary, Depending on 20~30`s Women`s Smoking원문보기

This study was examined about the differences from blood lipid, body composition, fitness and function of pulmonary, depending on young women's smoking. The subjects of this study were 480 female adults between 20 and 39 years old, who were divided into 206 smoking people and 274 nonsmoking ones. Then we concluded as followings, examined by independent T-test about the differences of blood lipid(cholesterol, TG, HDL-c, and LDL-c), body composition(height, body weight, BMI, WHR and body fat), fitness(cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, muscular endurance and flexibility) and function of pulmonary(FVC, FEV1%). 1. There were significant differences from total cholesterol(TC), HDL-c and LDL-c except TG at blood variables in cardiovascular risk factors between non-smokers and smokers. 2. There were no significant differences in BMI, %Fat and WHR which are body compositions of non-smokers and smokers. 3. After steptest, there were significat differences at cardiorespiratory endurance, used by measured heart rate. Smokers had significatly low levels at upper body muscular endurance, flexibility and strength than non-smokers and in case of isokinetic, both groups had significant differences at both left and right flexor muscles. 4. At capacity of pulmonary, both non-smokers and smokers had significant differences in FVC and FEV1%. According to the conclusion of this study, smoking causes not only negative rolds at cardiovascular diseases but also negative effects at cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, muscular endurance, flexibility. Also we can see negative effects of smoking at capacity of pulmonary and we can result that it could be worse to female smokers at various parts than male smokers.
