This thesis figures out positive Korean reality through signboards based on linguistic data, analyzes it grammatically and set the direction of using Korean correctly. Fourth, By accidence point of view, noun accounts for 79.92% and now noun is changing verb and adjective. its usage increase. Fifth, By coined word basis, only one word accounts for 78.8%, compound word 18.26%, and derivative word 2.93%. Sixth, By syntax point of view, syntax accounts for 7.67%, sentence accounts for 0.10%. Seventh, By spelling peculiarity, foreign words appear mostly in Kang-nam Gu(the center of city) and in edge of city, Chinese more and more being used. Eighth, By type of business, foreign word is used at shoe store(87.71%), karaoke(62.50%), clothing store(60%) orderly. Ninth, By semantic distribution, most signboard use person's name and the name of a place. The least one is archaic word.
