The trends of integration education for the disabled children are currently developed into the complete integration education regardless of the disability types or degree, in which the disabled children with educational needs have to receive the proper education in the integrated education environment that is as the same as the normal child, rather than simply physical integration. One of the important factors is the teachers‘ perspectives and attitude. Most of teachers have positive perspectives, but still feel unfamiliar and have mind burden in the practices in reality. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the entire perspectives on the integration education according to the current demographic characteristics of the kindergarten teachers. Further purpose is to draw out how to do to achieve successful integration education by analyzing important factors for teachers to change into positive perspectives, by looking at their perspectives on successful factors and obstructive factors. With the 221 teachers from the 31 public kindergartens and the 5 national/public kindergartens located in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, the 211 questionnaire responses were done with the frequent analysis by using the SPSS WIN 12.0 Program, and t-test and ANOVA analysis made to find the correlations according to the general characteristics of the teachers. The conclusion acquired from this study is as follows: . First, it was found that the entire perspectives level of the kindergarten teachers was relatively positive for the integration education for the disabled children, and they thought it would make positive effects both on the disabled and normal children, rather than the negative effects. The teachers with special education teaching license, had more positive perspectives more than those without the license. Second, the kindergarten teachers suggested the successful factors of the integration education such as the teachers' right understanding and perspectives, teachers enhanced expertise, reduced number of student per class, cooperation between the kindergarten and special teachers, the introduction of the special education assistant system, administrative and financial support and the cooperation with the community, among which the 'cooperation with the community' showed the highest portion in the response. Another successful factors of the integration education such as the number of the students per class and the special education assistant system were shown also as the most necessary factors to the integrated class teachers and the disabled children. Third, the kindergarten teachers thought, in the perspectives questionnaire on the obstructive factors of the integration education, the lack in perspectives of the parents of the disabled children and the normal children, teachers' negative prejudice, lack of teachers expertise on the integration education, excessive class and work burden to the teachers, lack of administrative/financial support to be necessary to conduct the integration education, excessive number of the students per class, perspectives across the society and the lack of connection system with the kindergartens, as the problems of the integration education. Among which, 'excessive number of the students per class' and 'lack of administrative/financial support' showed the highest portion in response, while the former was recognized as important obstructive factor conflicting the successful factor. In the result of this study, the teachers with special education teacher license or experience in integration education, shows more positive perspectives on the integration education, rather than those without the license or experience in integration education. As more years of teaching experiences and as older the teachers are, the direct experiences were found to be more important in the changes into positive perspectives. From the results of the study as above, there is need of a certain education for the kindergarten teachers to correctly recognize the education rights of the disabled children in the class, and of a system where the kindergarten teachers take advantages of the disabled children integration education by their having expertise on the special education. The special education theory became the mandatory subjects from 1993 at the education university curriculum. The teachers graduated from the year are currently encouraging the educational understanding on the special children in the field. Likewise, the kindergarten teacher nurturing universities should make their graduates encourage the understanding on the special education in the field. For this purpose, the factors recognized by the teachers as the obstructive factors in the education field, should be gradually reduced, in order to support the preparation of the optimum conditions for the integration of the disabled children. It seem the special education assistant system should be introduced and activated as effective integration education practices, in order to subsequently resolve the problems of the excessive number of student per class, and to be settled as the support system to the teachers and disabled children at the delivery of integration education.
