The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation on the whole management of inclusive education in special schools in Korea. Depth interview was made in this study with 5 teachers working in special schools and 2 teachers in preschools executing inclusive education presently with some special schools. In order to look into the management situation of inclusive education in special schools, some questions developed in advance in an open-ended way of response were used during each interview and a direct observation method was employed to provide direct data. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, inclusive education in special schools showed that it was extremely well managed and fair enough in terms of its format, time and frequency. Second, in looking into prerequisites for inclusive education, the attitudes of ordinary young children were transformed affirmatively and prearrangement was fully made between Third, the inclusive education in special schools was influential to the children in a positive manner. Fourth, for preferable implementation on an inclusive education there should be problems and improvements. Parents needed a turn of their recognition, attitude and circumstance. Consequently speaking, this study shows that though a special school follows segregation system, the children with severe and multiple physical disabilities have positive attitude and recognition among other children through the participation in inclusive education matching the time trend.
