In modern agriculture, it is essential to use of pesticides for saving the agricultural costs and preventing the damages by harmful insect. However, sometimes, pesticides were been absorbed through wax-layer and remained the tissue in the plant. As a result, these pesticide residue on the farm product supply the great risk related on health. Thus, it is important that estimated the hazard of pesticide residue on agricultural products for healthy life. Over the last few years, the social concern with safety of farm products has growing due to the enhancement of national income levels and desires for well-being life. Consumers are anxious about several harmful food accidents through mass media can provoke wrong food behavior such as irregular mealtime, unsuitable snack etc. In this regards, this study was performed the relationship between removal efficiency of pesticides and washing methods with various farm product, which are named as aldrin, dieldrin, dicofol, endrin, endosulfan that accumulation ratio on body is high. 1. It was processed to homogenize that roots and leaves parts were not washed and cut to figure out residues amount. The result was that leaves were detected more than roots. Leek was detected that endrin is 0.06 mg/L from leaves and 0.47 mg/L from roots. Roots part was detected 8 times more than leaves. 2. To figure out effective washing concentration of chlorox and vinegar, the experiment was processed. There was no difference between 1 % chlorox solution (chlorine 0.045 %) and 3 % chlorox solution (chlorine 0.135 %) about aldrin, dieldrin, endosulfan except endrin. But 5% chlorox solution (chlorine 0.225 %) has approximately 50 %, especially more than 70 % only endrin. 7 % and 10 % (chlorine 0.45 %) chlorox solution (chlorine 0.315 %) had higher removal efficiency than 5 % but we could not observe the relinear relationship between 5 % and 10 % chlorox solution. 1 % vinegar solution (total acid 0.06 %) has shown 6.2 % removal efficiency about dieldrin but removal efficiency of 5 % vinegar (total acid 0.3 %) increased 6 times, 39.3 %. In case of endrin, 1 % vinegar solution (total acid 0.06 %) has shown 44.6 % of removal efficiency, 5 % vinegar solution has shown 69.7 % more than 1% (rate of increase 25 %) and 10 % vinegar solution (total acid 0.6 %) increases 5.9 % more than that of 5 %. The removal efficiency did not increase as concentration of washing solution increases. The removal efficiency increased as chlorox and vinegar solutions increase but the removal efficiency of 5 % solutions was the highest On the basis of the result, the concentration of chlorox and vinegar solutions set up 5 % to experiment each washing method 3. Dropwort, small leek, leek, korean leek and korean cabbage were experimented by 4 washing methods which were filled water, flowing water, 5 % vinegar solution and 5 % chlorox solution. The result was that 5 % chlorox solution had mostly one of the highest removal efficiency. Also, dicofol was the highest in flowing water and endrin and endosulfan were the highest for leek in 5 % vinegar solution.
