The main mechanisms for utilizing such business are as follows. First, diversification of Buddhist culture tour contents for Hwaeomsa and Cheoneunsa in light of developing culture & tour business product, developing local government-related products, developing products linked to local bazaar. Second, regarding operation of culture & tour business, the culture & tour resources need to be managed and operated, festival evaluation system needs to be introduced, costs for tour needs be lowered and there needs to be user-customized service with mobile companies and their developers for better Smart-Tour. Third, for promotion of culture & tour business, there needs to be tour-promotion system and various marketing promotion activities for the business.
