The purpose of the research is establish the content of South Korean Culture education for Chinese students major in Korean, in order to promote Korean culture teaching, and then improve their ability of using the language, and enlarges their knowledge about Korean social culture. Language is inseparably related with couture. The language can embody the users lifestyles such as values, way of thinking, Code of conduct, and so on. Therefore, to study on a foreign language is not only focus on the education of its language and culture, but also the social and culture convention of the language. It can be a successful language teaching, if it has not focus on the culture education. The content of this paper is as follows. In chapter 1, the purpose and the necessity of the myth are reviewed, and the previous studies regarding culture education using myths and fairy tales in Korea culture education were reviewed. Based on the result, research methods for the culture education utilizing myths were proposed while previous study results are still accommodated positively. The purpose of the study not only for making the students to master a certain language abilities, also further require them to understand Korean politics, economy, society, culture, and so on. So they can be competent at every station about Korean China interchange. They need to have the abilities of language and higher social culture abilities both. Form this point of view, this study has important significance. In chapter 2, the necessity of investigation on Korean culture education is interpreted. The criteria to propose select the cultural text in Korean Language Education as a theoretical background. With the above theory, the research shows the cultural education significance of Dangun Mythology In chapter three and four, we can know how the modern Korean culture has inherited form the ancient culture, and also can know better about the prototype of culture education in Dangun Mythology. It mainly analysis in three aspects: firstly the symbolism of digital and animal; secondly, the diet and taboo cultural customs; thirdly the sense of community of HONG IK IN GAN. Then through the comparison of those three aspects and Chinese culture to give the education to students. There were limitations in this study that we could not perform systematic classes including more samples and thus the myth materials remained to be the auxiliary materials for the Korean culture class. It is expected that the teaching methods discussed in this article could be utilized in the class actively and could be the starting point for the researches to identify more improving and effective teaching methods.
