Stability of tunnel is a three-dimensional problem requiring consideration of influence on both direction, tunnel's axis and across, and movement of ground is affected by numerous factors such as ground strength and topography of tunnel's passing area, support, tunnel reinforcement method and many others. It was necessary to use three-dimensional numerical analysis to apply these factors in design, but three-dimensional analysis lacked speed and efficiency to be actually used in real work actively. As an alternative, assumption of ground under plane strain condition and two-dimensional numerical analysis based on load distribution ratio from library and formulas are used to describe tunnel's three-dimensional movement. But while these load distribution ratio estimation methods work well for normal tunnel excavation site reinforced by rock bolt, shotcrete and steel rib, they could not consider reinforcement of steel pipe reinforced grouting. And since it is becoming common to plan transportation facilities such as subway in shallow depth for user's convenience and restriction on traffic is strictly limited under rising demand for quality of life, number of the cases of planning tunnel under condition of shallow overburden and poor rock condition and improving original ground with methods such as steel pipe reinforced grouting for stability are rising. Under these trends, current analysis method using load distribution ratio estimation could not be trusted as before since it can not reflect effects of tunnel reinforcement method and thus put out analysis different from real site. This paper analyzes how various factors affect load distribution ratio by running detailed 3D numerical analysis on parameter study where critical factors such as various ground condition including tunnel depth and steel pipe reinforced grouting were reflected. Analysis showed that load distribution ratio change from using steel pipe reinforced grouting compared to unused state was small in soft rock, average of 2.1% decrease, but large in weathered soil, average of 7.7% decrease. This means that if we use current load distribution ratio estimation method on tunnel reinforced with steel pipe reinforced grouting it would not show a big difference in P-4 or better state, but as ground condition gets worse load distribution ratio would be estimated higher than actual value in excavation state, no-support area, resulting in estimating deflection and stress at tunnel face higher than real, making the plan uneconomical. It is expected from this research's result that if effect on load distribution ratio from usage of tunnel reinforcement method such steel pipe reinforced grouting, which can be easily overlooked in two-dimensional analysis, are put ino consideration, it would make tunnel plan more reasonable and reliable.
