본 연구는 학생상담 자원봉사자들의 특성에 따른 만족도의 차이를 알아보고, 참여 동기, 기관 및 동료와의 관계가 만족도에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과 및 논의는 다음과 같다. 학생상담자원봉사자들의 기관 및 동료와의 관계와 만족도의 관계를 알아본 결과, 기관 및 동료의 신뢰(r=.30, p<.01), 구성원으로서의 가치(r=.29, p<.01), 목적의식(r=.27, p<.01), 의미 있는 만남(r=.27, p<.05), 동료와의 관계(r=.25, p<.01)가 만족도와 유의미한 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 동료봉사자와의 관계는 지속집단과 중단집단 간에 매우 유의미한 차이를 보이며, 동료봉사자와의 원만한 관계가 봉사의 지속에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 박소영(2005)의 연구결과와 유사하였다. 또한 기관 및 동료의 신뢰와 만족도는 높은 상관을 보였으며, 활동 이외의 친교시간을 자주 갖는 것과 만족도는 상관이 높지 않았지만 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 성격특성 중 친화성과 봉사활동의 만족도가 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다는 방미혜(2008)의 연구결과와 부분적으로 일치함을 볼 수 있다. 따라서 활동이외의 친교 시간을 통한 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 동료봉사자와의 원만한 관계를 유지하기 위한 공동체 활동 등이 필요하다. 기수별 모임, 활동학교별 모임, 월례회 등 소모임을 통하여 정보교환 및 유대관계 등을 도모하고, 소속감 증진과 봉사자간의 상호작용을 이루어 전문가 단체로서 상담자원봉사회가 발전될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of satisfaction according to the characteristics of the volunteer for student counseling such as age, academic background, major, to evaluate the relationship between satisfaction and participation motivation, relationship with institutions and fellow . To this end, survey was conducted with currently belong to the Dae-jeon Metropolitan Office of Education, student counseling and volunteering in the 166 patients was used to distribute the survey of 150 wealth statistics. Learn the characteristics of the study subjects through descriptive statistics were performed for the statistical program SPSS 18.0 for questions to verify the reliability of this test, in order to determine the reliability test, the difference in satisfaction according to characteristics ANOVA and to investigate the relationship between participation motivation, relationship with institutions and fellow correlation analysis was conducted. The main results of this study are summarized as follows: First look at the difference of satisfaction according to characteristics of the volunteer for student counseling, there were no significant differences in age and education, the major, there were significant differences. Satisfaction of volunteers who majored in counseling departments, education departments is higher ion than the satisfaction of the volunteers who majored in humanities, science and engineering. Second, look at the relationship between participation motivation and satisfaction, participation motivation of the six sub-questions was found to be positively correlated with satisfaction, satisfaction with leisure time to take advantage of the sub-questions, care to help the low-motivation for participating in the education of their children. Third, look at the relationship between satisfaction and relationships with institutions and fellow , fellowship activities outside of the trust and satisfaction of all seven sub-questions of the relationship between institutions and appear to be positively correlated with satisfaction that was, institutions and fellow showed a high correlation, often having low satisfaction correlations were of all seven sub-questions were correlated with satisfaction.
