This paper is not to explain how creativity is generated in the science. The purpose of this paper is the work that prepares for the research foundation for the creativity of science. For this purpose, this paper is consisted of the following four-steps. First, the advantage and weakness of the creativity research were analyzed by connecting the creativity on the central issue of science. Second, the philosophical questions occurring when the creativity research is applied to the area of science was raised. Third, the creativity of science was explained by classifying what into the normative aspect and the practical aspect. Fourth, the creativity of science was explained by incorporating the internal factors and external factors of science. This paper can contribute to understand discourse on the creativity of science and the meaning of it.
