The effects of the L. seseloides hot water and ethanol extracts on harvest rate were 43.5 % and 53%, respectively. The effects of L. seseloides hot water and ethanol extracts on polyphenol content were as 2.42 mg/g and 3.68 mg/g, respectively.The DPPH radical scavenging ability of 100 μg/mL L. seseloides ethanol extract was more than 30%, and this value was 80% at 1,000 μg/mL, indicating excellent antioxidant effects of the L. seseloides ethanol extract. Osteoblast activity was reduced in response to 50 μg/mL L. seseloides extract. The protection against Ledebouriella seseloides ethanol extraction material addition group showed the cell growth. High ALP activity of more than 140% was observed in cells treated with 50 μg/mL L. seseloides ethanol extract.
