선정된 디지털 카메라는 Playstation3 eye(Sony Corp., Japan)로 저비용이며 쉬운 조작법과 높은 FPS(Frame per second)를 가지는 것이 장점이다.

In this study, a fitting evaluation system has been developed. It is capable of implementing dynamic fitting upon cycle pedaling by using a digital camera and a measuring instrument for the 3-axis pedal reaction force. The developed system is composed of infrared(IR) LED markers, a USB-type digital camera and a fitting program. A total of 5 LED markers were attached to the hip, knee, and ankle joints, on the left and right sides of the pedal shaft. The selected digital camera is the Playstation3 eye, which has the advantages of having a low cost, an easy operation method, and a high FPS. The program that is driving the camera detects IR LED markers and collects data from the 3-axis pedal reaction force plate has been prepared by using Labview2014 and Vision builder. This program was composed of a kinematic variable measurement as well as a kinetic variable measurement part. Kinematic variable measurement was composed of image acquisition and image processing, marker detection, and data storage parts. Images from the digital camera were acquired at 150FPS, while knee angles were measured in real time, shown to the user as a graph and then allowed to be saved as a text file. Kinetic variable measurement is a component of collecting data from 3-axis pedal reaction force plate, and was set to measure anterio-posterior, medio-lateral, and the normal force of the pedal. The data was collected as voltage values through DAQ and was then converted to KGF unit by using calibration data. Through the measured data, the pedaling effectiveness was calculated. Verification of the system was performed through a 3D motion camera, with 2-time measurements in 3 types of RPM(30, 60, 90rpm) via 2 human subjects. After marker removal and a 30-minute rest following the first verification experiment, the second verification experiment was performed. According to the verification results, errors for kinematic variables were shown to be less than 1°, with a very high correlation of 1.000±0.00. Errors for kinetic variables(IE) were shown to be less than approximately 3%, with a high correlation of 1.000±0.000. Therefore, the cycle fitting evaluation system that was developed in this study is a system which supplements the disadvantages of the existing kinematic variable measurement system and of the kinetic measurement system while combining advantages of both systems, and is considered to be easier to use than when cycle dynamic fitting is used while allowing for accurate fitting.
