Since 2011 Education has emphasized links between subjects through methods such as integration and reconfiguration, including STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). This means that creativity and personality education has become important for the future adult's ability. In particular, we have been emphasizing the importance and value of the arts in education integration, Korea's STEAM is an education policy that added the art of aesthetics to the traditional STEM format. Therefore, as an important means for the cultivation of creativity and personality, art education through the convergence of science is pursuing creativity and personality at a high-level and can be utilized to recharge the artistic sensibility. In such a situation an elementary school teacher was promoted to first research to see if they are running the STEAM curriculum and whether they have recognition for STEAM education. The initial research was a survey of 128 elementary school teachers in Gyeonggi. This survey was done by carrying out a questionnaire for the recognition of and management present for convergence education. Through this it was possible to analyze the needs of teachers and schools. Utilizing this research, we could develop a science-arts convergence program through Kinetic art. This program consists of 11 lessons for 5th and 6th grade. The first research's purpose was for program development in accordance with the needs of the schools. The second research's purpose was for the application of the programs developed in the primary study. As a result, the science and art convergence approach, through kinetic art, allows us to examine what effect the Creative Personality of elementary school students has and to determine the awareness of the program. Taken together, the findings of the development and application of the elementary science arts convergence program, utilizing kinetic art, is presented as follows. Firstly, the value and effectiveness of convergence education has been positively recognized, however the number of teachers applying this education style is low. In order to apply convergence education, teachers are requesting specific teaching strategies and learning methods that contain problem workarounds within this exciting theme. Secondly, in conjunction with the elementary school 5th-6th grade energy-related section, we have developed 11 lesson plans and learning resources for the convergence program that utilize kinetic art. Thirdly, the average rises among the creative personality sub-area of the elementary school - curiosity, challenging obsession, openness of thought, and aesthetics. In addition, the student's recognition of the program has been very positive. Program recognition has been found to have had a significant impact on the creative personality. Finally, convergence education of science and art shows that a significant change to the creative personality should be extended in the center of convergence education, using a variety of content and the specific teaching strategies and learning methods.
