As the times change, the business management environment is becoming more competitive globally and the organization structure are changing according to the business management environment. An organization structure changes from vertical system to horizontal team system as the business environment develops from underdeveloped country to developing country and developed country. Especially, as an industrial structure develops from primary and secondary industry like simple manufacturing business to professional, complex and integrated tertiary and quarternary business as well as the creative and inventive advanced business sector such as culture, art, service, tourism, finance and knowledge develops, the changes of team system are considered for granted. In this study, as a comparative research on the influence of the business performance changing from vertical system to horizontal system for global management in the technology-intensive venture business of small quantity batch manufacture by analyzing problems, strengths and weaknesses of vertical organization structure in the process of reorganization, a comparative analysis in the organizational business performance in every 3 years is taken in the professional technology-product manufacturing business rather than simple comparison or quantitative comparison in the different type and products of manufacturing business. Simultaneously, a comparative analysis is fulfilled on the influence on the business performance in the vertical and horizontal organization system by analyzing the effect of CEO's leadership, psychological changes of teal leader and team members as well as the conflict and communication among team members. Eventually, this study has shown the possibilities in the growth of performance in productivity, sales increment, net profit and personnel professionalism by applying the strengths of horizontal structure like creativity, communication, autonomy, flexibility to the organization in order to settle the stability, equality and advanced culture in the organization in the persuit of changing to integrated organization management based on the vertical structure. In conclusion, this study has produced a result that technology-intensive venture business of small quantity batch manufacture has to equip the flexible organization aiming the long-term business stability and advance culture of creative team organization on the basis utilizing the productivity, quick-decision making ability as well as CEO's leadership. But, limitations is that this study is only for the specialized manufacturer in the blue ocean market not for the various departments of general and universal enterprises.
