The purpose of this study was to validate the mediation effect in the relationship between intention and behavior and the direct effect and indirect effect in the mediation model were moderated by the levels of self-efficacy and parental support among adolescents(N=200, 131 males and 69 females). For a validity analysis of the scales, descriptive statics analysis, EFA, CFA, reliablity analysis etc. were conducted to verify structural validity. And the mediation effect, the moderation effect and conditional process analysis were conducted. As a result, the following findings were obtained. First, the results indicated that the positive association between exercise intention and exercise behavior complete mediated by habit. Concretely, the indirect effect of exercise intention on exercise habit and the indirect effect of exercise habit on exercise behavior were reported. Whereas the direct effect of exercise intention on exercise habit was not reported. Second, the results also indicated that the direct effect and indirect effect of the mediation model were moderated by self-efficacy and parental support. Concretely, both self-efficacy and parental support moderated the relationship between exercise intention and exercise habit. In addition, self-efficacy moderated the relationship between exercise intention and exercise behavior but not the relationship between exercise habit and exercise behavior. And, parental support moderated the relationship between exercise habit and exercise behavior but not the relationship between exercise intention and exercise behavior. These findings suggest that exercise intention is positively link to exercise habit and exercise behavior in adolescents' exercise settings, and self-efficacy and parental supports are key mechanisms in the relationship.
