In order to effectively manage integrated class in the cooperation-oriented space shared between general education teachers and early childhood special education teachers, the issue of cooperation is essential because both parties manage different curriculum in the same class. This study aims to inquire about the real requests of the teachers regarding the cooperation process and cooperation itself, based on in-depth interviews with general education teachers and early childhood special education teachers who have had real experiences (past and present) in the field with integrated class in Centers of Special Needs Childcare. Based on this study purpose, the subjects for inquiry are as follows: 1. Under what circumstances do general education teachers and early childhood special education teachers choose their profession and manage integrated classrooms. 2. In Centers of Special Needs Childcare, under what performance process do general education teacher sand early childhood special education teacher experience cooperation? 3. What kind of requests do the teachers have for a better cooperation plan? The study participants are composed of 3 special education teachers and 3 general education teachers who all have working experience in the integrated class of Centers of Special Needs Childcare. Both parties have management experience of more than two years and also the experience of having worked as a general education teacher for more than two years. As a result, even though teachers have experienced inter-teacher cooperation in different integrated classes, they all present three points in common, as follows: First, regarding the process of becoming general education teachers and early childhood special education teachers, they were mainly motivated by the following reasons: advice or suggestions of some acquaintances, childhood dreams, positive experience of teaching practice at Childcare Centers, experiences of voluntary activities of the past, experiences with family members (there is an impaired member in the family), experience in a university club, personal preference of Childcare Center type, manager's own decision and natural opportunities. Second, in terms of positive experiences of inter-teacher cooperation, they have experienced efficiency in division of labor, more opportunities to communicate, sharing ideas and observation issues regarding children. While in terms of difficult experiences of inter-teacher cooperation, they mentioned examples such as: special education teachers feel as if the role has changed into a mere assistant teacher, unclear division of labor, lack of communication opportunities and difficult IEP sharing. Third, for better cooperation, both parties have expressed a need for improvement in the following areas: decreased proportion of teacher versus special needs child, opening of an on-line site for integrated classes, expansion of workshop and training opportunities, workshop for Childcare Center directors regarding integrated classes, equal incentive for both teachers and expansion of cooperation-related education opportunities. Based on the analysis of this study, the significant aspects of this study are as follows: Early Childhood Special Education Teacher and General Education Teacher Integrated Classroom is operating while communicating the opportunities are more or effective division of labor in cooperation with the positive experience was, IEP sharing and communication difficulties with the cooperation of negative experiences were.
