본 연구는 철원에 소재하는 남녀 고등학교 359명을 대상으로 SNS 사용 실태를 알아보고, SNS사용 정도와 SNS 중독 경향성, 자아존중감, 사회적 효능감과 어떤 관계가 있는지를 알아보는 데에 목적이 있었다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22 프로그램을 사용하여 집단간의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 t검증, 분산분석, 다변량 분석을 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 대상자의 94%가 SNS를 사용하고 있었으며 주로 애용하는 SNS 유형은 페이스북(45%)과 카카오스토리(40%)였다. 하루 SNS를 사용하는 시간은 1시간에서 2시간 정도이지만 전체 10%의 학생은 하루에 4시간 이상을 사용한다. SNS 사용시간대는 주로 밤 10시 이후이다. SNS사용 시간량은 학년별, 학업 성적별로는 차이가 없다. 둘째, SNS 사용시간이 많을수록 SNS 중독경향성이 높다. SNS 중독 경향성은 학년별, 학업 성적별로는 차이가 없다. 셋째, SNS 사용시간이 많을수록 자아존중감이 낮다. 넷째, SNS 사용시간이 많을수록 사회적 효능감이 낮다. The purpose of the study was to esteem the relationship between self-esteem and social efficacy of CheolWon high shool students by SNS(Social network service) usage. For this study, 359 students of high school in Cheol/won were surveyed on from 6 October to 30일 October 2015. Three kind of questionnaires, self-diagnostic scale for SNS usage, self-esteem, social efficacy were administered. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 22 program and the average and standard deviation were calculated. Chi-squareverification and analysis of variance were used to analyze the collected data. The results of this study are as follows: First, the students of 94% were used SNS. the most popular type of SNS was facebook and Kakao story which accounted for 85% of the total. In terms of the amount of using SNS, 10% of subjects answered they use SNS more than four hour a day. These of 10% forecast potentialrisk group. Student of SNS usage utilirized generally between 10 hour and 12 hour in night. This result was showed the low of learning in school. Second, The more SNS usage is high, The more SNS addition is deep. As both SNS usage and SNS addition was direct propotion, this faction demanded the impotance of education in SNS usage. Third the higher student of SNS usage was, the less student of self esteem was. This fact was showed that the lower student of self esteem are used SNS longer. Fourth, on social efficacy in relation of SNS usage, The students which was used much time of SNS was high in social efficacy. This fact was showed the impotance of SNS which was necessity of our life.
