본 연구의 결론으로 미루어 보아 학생들이 영양적인 지식과 다이어트에 대한 지식만을 가지고 다이어트를 시행하는 것이 아니라 자신의 몸과 상태에 대한 올바른 인식과 인지를 가지고 다이어트를 할 수 있도록 지도하는 지도 프로그램의 개발과, 학생들이 자신의 상태에 대하여 올바르게 인식할 수 있는 지식, 그리고 사회적 인식의 변화가 필요하다.

Research results can be summarized as below.
1. 62.1% of participants were 1st graders and 37.9% were 2nd graders.
Concerning BMI, 54.5% of them wore with in the range of normal weight while 34.6% were under-weighted and 10.9% were over-weighted Regarding goal BMI, It was shown that more students wanted be under-weighted having 88.6% while 11.4% of them wanted to stay with in the normal rande of weight.
2. In terms of health condition awareness, it was shown that most of them had a better health condition than average as 15.1% had a bad heath condition, 48.0% had an average health condition and 36.8% had a good health condition.
3. Concerning calorie awareness when eating, 49.5% showed they often aware of it, 28.8% showed they never aware of it, 18.4% of them showed they often aware of it and 3.8% of them showed they always aware of it. No significant difference was shown in terms of calorie awareness by BMI.
4. Regarding food abstinent for not getting fat, 35.9% showed that they eat whenever they want to eat, 32.8% showed that they are somewhere in the middle while 24.5% showed they can’t suppress the urge to eat, 6.1% showed they often suppress and 0.8% showed they always suppress the urge. However, no significant difference was shown regarding food abstinent by BMI.
