In order to verify the hypothesis, we tried to propose the problems and alternatives of the activation factors by establishing the control variables and applying the predictive variables step by step to the hierarchical multiple regression analysis technique. Finally, the purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of evaluation indicators. In analyzing the relative importance of the factors for activating of regeneration of village, which is the first layer measurement goal, to the second layer, economic, cultural/welfare, environment, social network, policy and public interest, the public interest 0.235> social network 0.207> Culture/welfare 0.183> economy 0.160> environment 0.125> policy 0.091. The absence of autocorrelation means that the independence of the residuals is strong.
In this study, it was proved that the hypothesis testing conducted by the AHP importance analysis and regression analysis method was derived from the same analysis result, and the study design through the case area, the construction of the research model and the hypothesis verification were mutually related work.
