Since entering the modern society, it has been suffering from ambiguous, vague feelings of insecurity (Lee Yoon-hee, 2009), which is caused by loss or weakness of internal tensions, rather than by external risks. According to the 2016 survey of the mental health ministry, the lifetime prevalence of anxiety disorders continues to increase, with increased panic disorder, agoraphobia, social phobia, and generalized anxiety disorder. Among the seven types of anxiety disorders, panic disorder has been steadily rising as a result of the increasing tendency of the mental health care system to become less likely to become depressed compared with the lifelong prevalence rate in 2011 and 2016 (the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Welfare). Art therapy can provide outside support for adults with panic disorder symptoms both psychologically and physically. One of the key symptoms of panic is the fear of losing control. Considering that one can not control himself, he or she will feel extremely scared and believing that they can control themselves will be an important goal of treatment (Park Hyun-soon, 2000). Artwork therapy thus provides control by allowing images that appear during the drawing process to be reinterpreted and present form an internal force of confusion(Choi Ho Jung, 2009). The first panic in panic disorder occurred suddenly during interpersonal conflicts or under stress, such as illness, separation, bankruptcy, and loss threats, and was identified as being a close connection between negative stress events and panic attacks(Park Hyun Soon, 2000). Due to the symptoms of Lumro panic disorder, the more anxious adults can safely work on the art within art therapy to relieve stress, anxiety and peace of mind. Panic disorder is a symptom of feelings of unreality, fear of losing or losing control of oneself, fear of dying, and dysphoria(Naver Knowledge Encyclopedia, 2017). When the psychological trauma caused by panic disorder spreads, the sense of inertia spreads, the lack of self-control, and a severe psychological experience takes place(Wadeson, 2012). Because it is stored in the form of sensory data, not in the form of thoughts or language, we need to approach that part at a sensory level to reach and change. Thus, non-verbal and sensory experiences such as the art experience is important(Joo Ri Ae, 2010). In the process, art therapy is believed to help adults with panic disorder. Thus adults with panic disorder experience a sense of comfort in group art therapy, and feel a sense of control over what aspects of group art therapy actually mean to them, both psychologically and physically, and in terms of what aspects of group art therapy they experience. The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and nature of experiencing collective art therapy for patients with panic disorder, and to provide appropriate art therapy materials for later patients with panic disorder, such as research data on art therapy and art therapy appropriate for patients with panic disorder. The researcher asked the question, ' What is the significance and significance of adult collective art therapy experiences with panic disorder?" This study, which was called ' and to explore experiences with adult group art therapy with panic disorder, ' used the analytical phenomenology of qualitative research Max van Manen. This gave an in-depth understanding of the meaning of the experience and focused on the uniqueness of the phenomenon. The researcher recruited participants who suffer from panic disorder symptoms and have documents to confirm their diagnosis of the panic disorder. Group art therapy for adults with panic disorder was planned along with experienced art therapists and a general session of 4 from August 2017 to September 2017. Data on the vivid group art therapy experiences were then collected from study participants through in-depth interviews from September 2017 to October 2017. The analysis of the subject based on the collected data indicates the following essential topics : Research participants experienced a brief feeling of relaxation from group art therapy. The following conclusions are reached from the topics and phenomenological material, writing, and discussion derived as follows : First, panic disorder symptoms : adults can bring the frustration of moving to group art therapy and at the same time become frustrated with group art therapy due to the lack of such a sense of security in group art therapy. Adults with panic disorder can relate to each other more because they have the same symptoms in group art therapy. As the positive feedback is given to adults with depression, the other group can develop feelings of confidence and gain courage. Third, adults with panic disorder can experience a slight sense of comfort by relieving the symptoms of stress in group art therapy, and feel a sense of control by self-directed work in art. Fourth, through group art therapy, adults with panic disorder do not view their own situations negatively and discover a positive resource to live on in art work. Such research conclusions contribute to the research and practice of micro therapy. The study was based on a hands-on experience of mass art therapy with panic disorder. After being able to provide panic disorder as an adult, he or she went through an in-depth period of collective art therapy to determine what happened This can increase the understanding of adults with panic disorder symptoms and, in addition, expand the adult audience with panic disorder symptoms to provide basic data on collective art therapy for patients diagnosed with panic disorder. The study also stated that group art therapy could provide external support to adults with panic disorder symptoms. Adults with panic disorder are mentally unstable and physically maladjusted. In group art therapy, you experience a sense of physical and psychological stability. Adults with panic disorder feel comfortable with group art therapy and can benefit from being unrealistic and realistic by performing sensuous art work.
