The residents of the mountain eco-village put comparatively high importance on 'manpower·governance'(4.21) in the first class, and put high importance on 'strengthening the management of the life environment of the mountain village'(4.13), 'fostering new business including the 6th industrialization of the mountain village'(3.94), 'strengthening follow-up management and activation of the management of the mountain eco- village'(4.34), 'discovering the resource of eco·experience tour of the mountain village'(4.11), and 'strengthening the bond·cooperation between residents of the mountain villages'(4.36), in the second class. Second, the II quadrat factors with low satisfaction on top 10 factors that the residents of the mountain eco-villages take importance are, 1) strengthening follow-up management and activation of the management of mountain eco-village, 2) improvement of the quality of life by enhancing the happiness service for the residents, 3) establishing boom of returning to the mountain village for urban young people and retired generation, 4) building prolonged stay type village connected to forest welfare facility, 5) organizing the supporting system for the systemic propel of the mountain village policy. Third, II quadrat factors with low satisfaction on top 10 factors estimated by the residents of the propelling village of the 6th industrialization fostering business and the non business village among the mountain villages at 2017 were analyzed as three including 1) strengthening the management of the life environment of the mountain village, 2) improvement of the quality of life by enhancing the happiness service for the residents, 3) discovering the resource of eco·experience tour of the mountain village. Suggestions for the activation of Mountain village area were as follows. First, the ground able to activate local economy of farming and mountain villages through 6th industrialization is needed. Second, the establishment of 6th industrialization mountain village area connected with the value chain model, the policy propulsion of the mountain village promotion basic planning to accomplish it and the leading execution of the mountain village policy by Korea Forest Service are needed. Third, in the process of establishing the mountain policy, after collecting the opinions of the residents and diagnosing the conditions and management abilities according to each village, rather than providing the uniformed and equalized support, in the propulsion process, and it must be propelled step by step through differentiated supports.
