By the global financial crisis, the international market is downturn. In 2015, China's foreign trade appeared "double down" phenomenon. At this time the trading volume of cross-border e-commerce B2B model has shown a high growth rate, and its trading volume in foreign trade increased. The B2B model of cross-border e-commerce is expected to become a new growth point of China's foreign trade and become one of the channels of China's foreign trade transformation. However, China's B2B development model of cross-border e-commerce is still in the intial stage, and it faced with many problems. On the basis of the existing research, its paper analyzes the B2B development model of cross-border e-commerce in China.
This paper is divided into five chapters to analyzes B2B development model of cross-border e-commerce in China.
The first chapter is the introduction, mainly analyzes the background, significance, research content and method of this topic, and reviews the literature about the B2B development model of cross-border e-commerce.
Chapter 2 introduces the rise and evolution of B2B model of cross-border e-commerce. First, the definition, basis business process and classification of cross-border electricity business B2B model are introduced. Secondly, it reviews the development process of B2B model of cross-border e-commerce in China. The first phase of B2B model is information. The second stage is the development period, some companies have begun online transaction, and provide SMEs with online management of customer service. The third stage, B2B model of cross-border e-commerce began to online trading closed-loop transformation and upgrading. Thirdly, it introduces the current situation of B2B model of cross-border e-commerce in China from the aspects of development scale, characteristics and the main B2B enterprises and the future development opportunities and development trends are introduced. Finally, this paper compares the B2B model of cross- border e-commence with the traditional trade show.
Chapter 3 introduces the representative of China's B2B three companies, including Alibaba, Made- in- China, Global Sources, from the operational model, profit model, advantages and difficulties. Though comparison, we can find the development bottlenecks of B2B model, and learn form each other advantages.
Chapter 4 analyzes the challenges of trust, payment, logistics, national regulation and policy deficiencies and lack of talents faced by China's B2B model, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestion to promote the healthy development of cross- border electricity business model from the trust, payment, logistics, national regulation and policy deficiencies and lack of talents.
Chapter 5 summarizes the full text and points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper.
