본 논문은 MATLAB/Simulink로 모델링한 Anti-Lock Braking System(ABS), Adaptive Cruise Control(ACC)와 이를 확인하기 위한 차량 모델을 구현하기 위하여 AUTOSAR(AUTOmotive Software ARchitecture) 및 MCAL(MicroController Abstraction Layer) 기반에서의 멀티코어 프로세서를 이용한 어플리케이션 병렬화 및 코어 별 메모리 할당을 적용하여 수행 시간을 감소시키는 방법을 제안한다.

This paper is based on AUTOSAR (Automotive Software Architecture) and MCAL (MicroController Abstraction Layer) to implement the anti-lock braking system (ABS) and adaptive cruise control (ACC) modeled by MATLAB / We propose a method to reduce execution time by applying application parallelism and core - specific memory allocation using multi - core processors. In general, automotive multicore systems should take into account application allocation, core-to-core synchronization, and memory allocation for core-specific variables. ABS, ACC, and vehicle model used in this paper are assigned to cores 0, 1, and 2. Based on the proposed design, we designed distributed single core controller to multicore and designed the given ACC and ABS system as multicore controller by using multicore parallel design method such as core allocation, synchronization and task activation of application. Considering the architectures of AUTOSAR and MCAL based automotive multicore processors and ABS and ACC systems used in this paper, the execution time of the system is reduced when the execution time of the multicore is parallelized when the execution time of the system is smaller than that of the single core. Also, in the designed ABS, ACC, and vehicle model systems, you must use crossbars to connect variables between core and memory or between core and core to read and write data. If you take variables outside the core through the crossbar, it takes more time to read the variables stored in the memory area inside the core. Therefore, instead of storing the data in the LMU, which is a shared memory, and reading and writing the variables, variables are stored in the DMI region of each core in the case of the variables used in the core except for the data shared between the cores. According to the experimental results, when the ABS, ACC, and vehicle models proposed in this paper are parallelized and allocated to a multicore processor, the execution time is reduced by 24.971% , And 14.862% in the AUTOSAR base.
