With controlling effect by age, the participation of video education was found to have a statistically significant effect on the change of knowledge on the AD (F=52.82, p<.001).
2. Cancer patients who took the video education had a better attitude of AD than cancer patients who took the education by using leaflets. With controlling effect by age, the participation of video education was found to have a statistically significant effect on the change of attitude on the AD (F=12.21, p<.001).
3. Cancer patients who took the video education had a better intention to write of AD than cancer patients who took the education by using leaflets. With controlling effect by age, the participation of video education was found to have a statistically significant effect on the change of the intention to write on the AD (F=18.22, p<.001).
4. Cancer patients who took the video educatinon had a significantly higher rate of writing Advanced Directives than the control group treated with leaflets (χ2=13.87, p<.001).
